Mini Gardening
I’ve got a penchant for the easy-care plant – succulents, cacti, even a terrarium. My plants need to be able to cope with periods of drought. I’m really into airplants at the moment. This is my latest one – I put him in the mouth of my ugly little gargoyle trinket:
I found this awesome airplant planter on by this seller on Etsy:
So I’ve written a list of 10 places you can plant a plant indoors:
1. make a garden inside an old pram
2. inside a lightbulb (here’s a super-cute achingly-trendy blog post about making a tiny terrarium in a lightbulb)
3. in between the pages of an old manga book – otherwise known as manga farming
4. or grow cress on your computer keyboard
5. in a hole cut out an old novel
7. in a shell (my next airplant is going in a shell I found on the beach in North Carolina)
10. the jam jar classic

Where did you find that ugly little gargoyle trinket??
I can’t remember, Glen, I’ve had it for years – since my misspent youth at church jumble sales!
